Milda su manim susisiekė liepos pabaigoje. Ji jau penkerius metus ruošėsi fotosesijai su vyru, bet vis atidėliodavo. Bet šį kartą jau apsisprendė tvirtai ir po kelių savaičių įvyko poros fotosesija Kupole. O kodėl būtent Kupole? Ogi todėl, kad tai Mildos ir Martyno antri namai bei darbas. Jau esu buvusi bei fotografavusi vestuves Kupole, todėl žinojau vietą bei aplinką. Kelias dienas rinkomės fotosesijos idėjas, Milda man siuntė moodboard’us ir galiausiai abi nutarėm, kad poros fotosesija Kupole įvyks pirmadienio vakare, kai saulė jau leisis. Išnaudojome ten esantį dviratį ir nuostabų vieškelį bei usnių lauką, kuris atrodė tarsi minkštas debesėlis apšviestas saulės bei tvenkinyje paplaukiojome valtimi, o galiausiai, tarsi paplūdimy įsitaisėme ir gėrėme pinakoladą. Kadangi Milda turi draugę stilistę, tai ir rūbai buvo parinkti ir suderinti, tinkantys kiekvienai fotosesijos vietai ir temai. Na, o vyras Martynas, tiesiog turėjo skirti laisvą laiką ir apgaubti žmoną dėmesiu. Milda vis kartoja, kad nemėgsta pozuoti, kad bijo kameros, kad abu jie mediniai, bet kamera juos myli. Žiūrint į juos, man vis sunku patikėti, kad jie jau 16 metų kaip vedę.

Milda contacted me at the end of July. She had been planning a photo session with her husband for five years, but kept putting it off. However, this time she made a firm decision and a few weeks later the couple’s photo session took place in the Kupolas. And why exactly in Kupole? Because it is Milda and Martynas’ second home and work. I had already been to Kupolas and photographed weddings there, so I knew the place and surroundings. We spent a few days choosing ideas for the photoshoot, Milda sent me moodboards, and finally, we both decided that the couple’s photoshoot in the Kupolas would take place on Monday evening, when the sun was already setting. We took advantage of the bikes there and the beautiful path, the field of thistles that looked like a soft cloud lit by the sun, and took a boat ride in the pond. Finally, we settled down on the beach and drank pina coladas. Since Milda has a stylist friend, the clothes were also selected and coordinated, suitable for each location and theme of the photo session. Well, Martynas just had to spend his free time and surround his wife with attention. Milda keeps repeating that she doesn’t like posing, that she’s afraid of the camera, that they’re both stiff, but the camera loves them. Looking at them, I still find it hard to believe that they have been married for 16 years.
